Paying through a credit card (VISA, Master) is available.

Bringing to our customers the best convenience in payment is also one of our tasks. With PayPal, it will be easier to make a payment and finish your purchase as quickly as possible.

REFUND, RETURN & CANCEL

By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.

Returns

We accept returns on products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item).

We only accept request returns and refunds within 3-5 business days from the day of status on the tracking page marked as delivered.

* In case, the product is wrong or damaged if you want to request a return and refund, please help us follow the process:

Step 1: To request a return and refund, please help us provide proof your items are damaged or wrong items, by taking some photos of your items including the shipping label, box, and items tag/ billing to our support email: [email protected]

Step 2: We will consider the photo you provided and accept process the refund for you without returning the items if your item is damaged or we send the wrong items.

You also can request a replacement of other items alter for a refund, we will re-ship other items for you without an extra fee.

Step 3: The refund will be processed within the next 2-3 business days from the day we respond to your email to accept the refund.

* In case, you want to return and get the refund because you no longer want these items or remorse purchased

In this case, we accept the return of the items and get a full refund, but please notice for this case you have to respond to the return shipping cost.

Please follow the step below to request, return your items and get a full refund:

Step 1: Please send an email to: [email protected] to request the return of your items and get a refund.

Step 2: Our support will guide you step to return the items, and please return your items to the sender on the shipping label on the package.

When you return the items to us, please email the tracking number for us to our email: [email protected]

Our support will be monitoring the tracking information to update the delivery date.

Step 3: When the shipping carrier marked your return items have been delivered to us, we will check your return items, if they match with the items we sent to you, we will process the refund for you within the next 2-3 business days.

Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase and it’s new, we don’t accept the used items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via email support for more information. Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.

Refunds

Our policy lasts 5 days from the arrival date. If 5 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

When your refund will be processed: 

If you received the email we approved your refund, the refund will be processed within the next 2-3 business days from the day you receive our email.

With Stripe payments gateway: the refund will be arriving at your bank account within 7-10 days.

With the Paypal payments gateway: the refund will be available in your balance in the next few minutes when we process the refund.

Our support will email you notifications that we have been processed the refund for you. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank / Paypal account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel order

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (25% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Full refund only applies to switching orders.

Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.
