1.How do I place an order?
To order online, please follow these steps:
• Go to Endimos Store
• Click on the product you want to order
• Please select size:

• Click “Add to Cart”

• Check your shopping cart
• Click “Process to checkout”


• Fill your information in “Billing Detail”, if your Billing Address is different from the Shipping Address, please tick “Ship to a different address?”

• Complete the payment process, then review and submit your order with the “Process to Paypal” button.

• At the Paypal redirect page:

  1. If you have a Paypal account and want to pay via Paypal please enter your credentials to login and Paid the order with Paypal
  2. If you don’t have a Paypal account you can pay with your Debit/Credit Card by press the button “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”

If you choose Credit Card, Paypal will redirect you to Paypal Process Debit or Credit Card form, please fill in your information and press the button “Pay Now” to complete your order.


2. Why I cannot place an order/purchase?
If you cannot place the orders on our site, please follow these guidances:
• First, please refresh, reload the site, or use another internet browser to access our store.
• Second, if you’re still unable to purchase after finishing with the first step, please re-check all of the required and optional selections of the product.
• Finally, after trying every way but you still cannot place the order, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at [email protected] to get the best advice.

3. How do I pay?
Endimos Store accepts Paypal as a payment option.
• PayPal is the world’s trusted way to pay and get paid online. We accept Paypal payments, Visa, MasterCard via the Paypal payment system.

1. How can I modify/cancel my order?
Orders only can be changed before being processed.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact our Customer Service via email at [email protected] Please include the order number of the item(s) that you would like to modify/cancel along with your requests.

2. How can I change my shipping address?
If you want to change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service via email at [email protected] in 24 hours after placing the order by using this form:
• Title/Subject: Changing address of order #WC…
• Content: include your new correct shipping address.
Please notice that orders which have been shipped out already cannot change the address.
*Please understand that if your order has been processed already, you cannot cancel or modify it. Generally, you are allowed to cancel or modify an order item within 24 hours since the order was placed. Please contact our Customer Service via email at [email protected] as soon as possible.
*If you insist to cancel/modify a processing order, you might be charged 25% of the payment to cover product material cost.
*If your order was shipped out already, nothing can be changed any longer. Hope you understand.

3. How can I change my shipping address?
– We only change the shipping address before sending the parcel out.
– To change your shipping address, please contact Endimos Customer Service via email at [email protected] using this form:

• Content: new correct shipping address confirmation.

4. How long would I receive my item?
On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 5-7 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (7-12 days for domestic and 10-20 days for international).

1. What is the status of my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation after placing the order and a notification when the order’s ready to be shipped out. Please contact Endimos Customer Support Team via email at [email protected] to ask about your order status if you didn’t receive the confirmation from us.

2. When will my order be shipped out/ I receive my tracking number?

  • Please refer to https://Endimos/shipping-and-delivery/  in order to get our production timeframe. Your order will be shipped out right after production.
  • After your order has been prepared for the shipping process, you will receive a notification of shipment which is included the tracking number.

3. Why can’t I track my order?
– If your order has been shipped out, shipping information including the Tracking Number will be sent to you via email.
– If you cannot track orders by the provided tracking number, please contact Endimos Customer Support Team via email at [email protected] to get the tracking link.
– If the tracking site has not been updated over our estimated delivery timeframe on this link: , please contact Endimos Customer Support Team via email [email protected] to get specification information.

4. Why I have not received my order while I got the delivery notification?
– When the tracking site marked that your package was delivered but you have not received it yet. Please re-check your provided address/ mailbox or contact the local post office first to get the item.
– If you have not found the item after re-checking it, please contact Endimos Customer Support Team via email at [email protected] to get the best guidance.

5. Why was my order unable to deliver? Who is covering the extra shipping fee?
Orders sometimes are unable to deliver due to unexpected circumstances. We have attempted to eliminate these cases and tried to advise customers with the best suggestion:
– In case the provide shipping is CORRECT, the order has not reached the local office, we are responsible to resend this package to you at free charge.

– In case the provided shipping is CORRECT, the order has reached the local office but can not deliver to you, we would advise you to contact to the local office to pick this item.
If you still do not get your parcel please contact us via [email protected] to get the best advice.

– In case the provided shipping address is WRONG, please kindly understand that our company needs to pay an expensive amount for each returning item. We CAN NOT resend these items. Our company can only apply a 50% refund for your total payment. If you still mean to get your item, we would advise you a 50% discount coupon.

I received my items but item had defects, bad printing quality, item damage, wrong design according to order description, missing quantity, missing order, received others. How can I fix it?

If you experienced the mentioned cases, please kindly take pictures or videos of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem, and preferred action: reshipment or refund then contact Endimos Customer Support Team via [email protected], Facebook messengers. As soon as evidence is verified by us, Reshipment or Refund can be arranged.
